Can anyone explain to me what the poi settings mean in Litchi. In my example (see print) is my first waypoint (start of the mission) on a altitude of 18 m. Or do they mean the first waypoint who is focussed to this waypoint (that is 30 m.). And what does this men: "Ground Elevation: -3m (0m below first waypoint)".

The altitude is the focus point to adjust the gimbal to the correct angle for the POI.

And like most other height values, it is referenced to the takeoff location.

@chatikib,
I don't recall if this mission did work perfect, but I did see my buddy riding the lawn mower.
Mission Hub - Litchi

I'm basing my flights in meters, instead of feet, I had a Phantom get caught in a tree at 200', the tree was about 225'.

So I set my first waypoint at 100m, (330 feet) than is easier to do your rough calculations from there, fine tune later.

I also load up any new mission in Google Earth to look for tragic mistakes.

The sudden change in waypoint gimbal angle was probably due to my not really having a solid signal from my house.

Your gimbal angles don't change with out Remote Control signal.

Browse through my waypoint settings though the mission hub.
