and once you have logged in........you don't need to log in again until the next update or (I think) three months has lapsed.
 
I will support any DJI law suit due to the fact that they false advertise almost all of their products. I have had two drones and they have denied after sales policy even when clear evidence is shown. I have spoken with my lawyer and he has said we have sufficient evidence to sue due to us provided videos and more to show the malfunction as now DJI has blocked my email for communicating with them.

I have so far one product from DJI, a phantom 3 standard and this bird has been awesome, never let me down. I am not saying that DJI products are perfect but at least the one I have has been working without issue.

What exactly are the circumstances for your two problem drones?
Rather than videos or a lawyers opinion, could you give a description of the problems and supply flight data?
 
Also need to know if it is a plus with the built in screen. That's what I have. Might work with iDevice but not Android. Just attempting to determine where the problem actually is. I have the Mavic as well and it logs on and off fine but I'm using an iPad with that one.
Reading your posts n I own p4p+ have no issues. Logged out n logged in no problems. Was flying most of the day. Not sure if I understand your concern. Or maybe I'm missing what your trying to get across? For as customer service I have no problems. Been dealing with 2 people that work with DJI. They have been a big help to me. I'm not an expert but I have tried all the features the app offers and so far things have been ok.

I feel deceived by DJI over buying the DJI Goggles. They work great with the Mavic, but not with the P4P like they were suppose to. The only way they work is if you connect them with the USB cable, then you can't use any app on a tablet, just the goggle display which has limited information and no Maps. DJI says you can use the HDMI port, but wait my expensive P4P didn't come with an HDMI port.

presumably you would need the remote with the HDMI output?

NONE of our Phantom 3s come with an HDMI port. We've been adding HDMI ports to P3's since day one.

If you are interested in joining a class action lawsuit against DJI for false and deceptive marketing practices for the P4P+ model, let me know. Below is my recent message to them regarding the lack of functionality associated with the waypoint function:

"I still have heard nothing back from the specialist about the lack of functionality with the waypoint function for the p4p+. DJI's description of the p4p+ "...the Phantom 4 Pro + a complete aerial imaging solution" is simply untrue, deceptive, and inaccurate since it cannot perform waypoint flights in manner similar to the IOS version using DJI GS Pro app. Many of us who bought this product assumed it was equal of better than the p4p model which it is not. As a consequence, if you do not produce a version the DJI GS Pro app that is useable by the p4p+ model within 30 days or some other reasonable timeframe, you can expect a class action suit to be filed by owners of the p4p+ model for fraudulent and deceptive practices of DJI."

I have to agree. I wanted to use Drone Deploy and no sofware will load on the phantom 4 pro +. I broke down and got a regular controller and an air 2 for it.
