New P4, now having issues with VPS and strange sound

Sounds like normal to me. The sound your hearing is wind passing through the motors. All Phantoms have that kind of whistling sound.
 
What are the lights on the drone doing ( colour/ flashing speed etc.... ) when it's beeping?
