What app were you using and did you set up a poi on your car? Unless there was a lot of wind, should have had a smoother path than you show. You might try a bit longer radius on your circle, might help to smooth it out oe at least make any jitter or shake less noticeable. On a long exposure, any movement will really stand out.
Just using DJI go. It was breazy and the car park on a slight slope which I don't think helped. If I increased the radius, the drone wouldn't complete a full circle in the maximum 8 second exposure! Yes, I used POI.

If you want to fly a path that exceeds 8s flight time simply stack your exposures and blend. If you see any small breaks in the light paths after blending they should be easy to repair.
