Ya know what...for a long time, folks on here have complained that DJI reps did not hang out here and help the community. Now that one is, why is the first response to denigrate their response. It looks to me like they are trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Yet you seem to be of the opinion that regardless of the cause, DJI should suck it up and warrant anything. I disagree. If it turns out to be pilot error, then the pilot should be on the hook for repairs, not DJI. If its a DJI malfunction, then DJI should warranty the repair. Regardless, bashing DJI or their rep will simply drive away any interaction, which I frankly, don't want to see happen. So perhaps if you have a problem with DJI, you take it up privately with DJI and don't ruin it for those of us that would like to see the relationship here get better, not worse.
