Yeah Phoenix it'll fly fine. Just try to keep the actual XT 60 connector or power cables away from the actual Compass, Compass wires don't matter. You'll know if there's a problem before you can take off anyway

I'm a big fan of just electrical taping on any accessory I can, all those plastic battery trays and stuff eat up your flight time

Db I was going some mod for the extra battery on the P2 I have not look at me P3 see if it will work. Would like your in put. look at the pictures. I'm thinking even add a mount for the connector.

With the weight of the battery on the back like that can it flip when braking from full speed forward?

I just did a little flight in the backyard . took off fine and it was showing "drum row" 25 minutes flight time

6.6 multistar DID almost make it flip, thats why I stop using it as a single battery and had it split. There is a such thing as too big

But then I've run this set up, and it seems to fly fine, it's just a balance issue

I think Phoenix will be fine with that one though
