Camera alignment error

I recently noticed that the camera isn’t facing straight forward. I’m not sure if it has been like this from day one or if it’s a new problem. I have never crashed and I’m always careful when I transport the drone. I have also seen that the camera OR the Phantom pans when you stop in midair for a photo shoot. When I release the sticks the picture seen in the tablet screen pans slowly for a few seconds, then it comes to a complete stop. With high shutter speeds this isn’t a problem, but it’s still very annoying.

So, to summarize it:
  • Camera isn’t facing straight forward.
  • The Phantom drifts in flight.
  • The camera or drone pans slightly in midair (after you released the sticks and after active breaking did its thing)
  • I have done IMU, compass and gimbal cal many times and it doesn't solve the issues.
Anyone else with the same problems? Is it some kind of SW/HW error and I should return the Phantom to the seller?

That some Phantom 3 drifts is a known issue. Anyone else that have the other problems with the camera and that it pans?
