Thanks TJ, think I'll defo be asking ya some questions love this new beast, by God it sure is been setting up emails & all the simple things at the mo but need to migrate all the stuff from my Windows PC into the Mac. That's one of the reasons why the screen is soooo close to the front of the desk, my windows screen is behind it still using my old PC until I'm happy with my new toy then I'll push the screen to the back of the desk.

It's only hooked up via wifi at the mo but when I throw my windows PC out ill connect it up via the Ethernet cable

Can't wait to see them Life has been a little crazy the last few weeks I'll most likely pic it up next week. The Docs had to deliver my grandson 2 1/2 months early. My daughters blood pressure, liver and kidneys were all out of whack. Good news is my daughter is fine now and the little guy is too. Spent most of Saturday with them at the hospital and he is making great improvements since the early birth and is now starting to grow like a weed He will be in the hospital until the new year but all looks good right now

I've been looking at the P3Pro and it looks like it will be my Christmas present Not going to fly it until spring after I read all I can on it. But my P2V is doing great now that I have all the bugs worked out. I'm buzzing around like I was before I put the RPG on and getting great videos What a difference the RPG has made I love it. Squidley picked up the P3Pro recently and is having a blast with it.

Oh... So look what Santas bringing ya, bet you can't wait wonder what Mrs P will get me or should I say our friend dressed in red that comes down the chimney....... All I want this year is more batteries for piglet 2 & a four port charger.

I would recommend getting more battries for your new P3 I've only got two for piglet 2 which ain't enough

I've just edited my 1st vid with piglet 2, don't look to bad buddy so yeah getting used to the iMac now. It plays my 4K vids effetely not like my old widdy PC, poor old thing.....

I know what you mean I only have 2 batteries for my P2V but when I get my P3 I'll pick up another one or two. I have been talking to an eBay seller that I've bought a few things from who has a huge hobby shop that is only about a 2 hour drive from my home. I'm looking forward to meeting him and checking out his shop. He's giving me a great package deal on what I'm getting. For $1500 I'm getting the P3 Pro (new version with the new motors and shell) with 3 batteries and a hard shell travel case and he's throwing in a 64 GB extreme micro SD card and a high speed card reader. Yep can't wait but like I said she's going to stay in the house until spring. I'll charge it up and check everything out but that's it. The DJI Go App now has a simulator for the P3 like the Inspire which I'll mess around with to get familiar with it for spring

I've been reading a bunch of threads on the P3 forum and haven't run into anyone that I have chatted with yet or anyone nearly as knowledgeable or friendly as the great bunch of guys I met here You Dirk, JDot and Squid are a great bunch of guys and have been a huge help getting my bugs sorted out not to mention have become great friends. It's a small world and hope to cross paths with all you guys someday

Hi Mike, so pleased for you regarding your new christmas present. That will give you time to get your head around the Go app which is soooooooo different to the app we use with the P2V, its so much better but has more settings in it.

Ive just started playing around with the video editing on the mac, oh that pc is great have a look at my 1st attempt of filming & editing with piglet 2...

I have seen what you mean about the Go app and have been reading like crazy and watching lots of videos on the app and the P3 so I'll be ready for next spring. I'm not going to rush into flying the P3 and will be playing around with the simulator which looks pretty cool and doing lots more reading before I take her up. Besides I've got my trusty P2V to keep me busy in the mean time You were right about the RPG it really makes a world of improvement in my videos and now that all the bugs are worked out I'm comfortable flying it hard again
