sudden esc error.. need help

Most likely cause:
You have torn solder joint somewhere on the board. Sometimes the connection holds and you have no error, sometimes it doesn't. It depends on tensions on the board when the drone is tuned on.

If you're lucky, reflowing solder joints around FC daughterboard will fix that.

Also, you may want to check DAT logs to see which ESC reports the error.

Yes should be there all start ups but phantoms are good at chucking out surprises,,I always cleard all warnings in app after I see what they are about,,,have look in warnings next time on start because it will gave time and date of what warning was and see if they same as times you experience them,,it might be remembering to remind you as to why it's not all the time,,hope I word that right,,clearing any warning will stop it coming up ,,this is just my crazy opinion but seems logical,,clear any and see if it return , then know something odd goin on
