I was flying the drone (phantom 3) and I ran into a rope that was hanging of the side of the house. It got caught in the motor and it gave me a motor obstructed error. It seems to be working fine after I untangled it, but I'm wondering if it is okay.

Can you spin motor by hand & it turns fairly smooth?
I do notice on mine, they spin easily, with a hint of a little resistance, like little bumps, but smoothly.
If you feel a continuous drag, not good,
I;ve had a chance to play with a bad motor & the drag, when I hit it, was easily noticeable, compared to a good motor
Did I make any sense?

Yes, thank you very much for your reply. It feels like there are little bumps which is good. I flew it for about 20 mins after the incident and it seemed very normal so I hope I'm okay. I was just hoping that there was no Ling t to damage. Thank you!
