Restricted Height and Distance help.

After not flying since late May this past Sunday I decided to pull out my P3S.
I could not get it above or away from beginner distance.
I know I’ve seen some recent threads about this problem, could someone please direct me to a relevant thread.
Note:
The controller does say “important firmware update” but when I checked it says “up to date”

Hello Again.
Out of frustration:
Is there a way to wipe the P3S and restore all of it to factory settings ?
Then I’m thinking:
Delete all DJI go apps and reinstall.
Ever since the last update I can throw it further than I can fly it.

No matter what I’ve tryed I can’t get out of the beginner range, even with beginner turned off...

What happens once you reach the beginner range? It would be helpful if you'd explain exactly what you see in DJI GO.

After the last firmware update the distance was restricted until you signed in to your account.
