Phantom 3 4K help battery or charger error i have no idea

I just bought my Phantom 3 4K last week and i inly charged the battery 14 times since i bought. Now after i fully charged the remote i only got 96% and aircraft battery life only 96% after calibration. Can anyone tell me the problem is in charger i got or both remote and aircraft battery?
