No camera movement control

Hi Everyone,
I can't move the camera using the app but I know the camera still has the capacity to move because it stays level when I move the drone. I see the image on the app but the arrow controls don’t move it.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try recalibrating your remote controller like this. Note the "Transmitter Version" setting.

connect your phantom to the assistant on your PC, go to Basic tab, then select RC tab and there are two options for controller - Basic and Upgraded.
if upgraded is selected change selection to Basic and vice versa - VOILA!
