map messed up

ive tried standard, satalite and night. They change shades but thats it.
if i tap the 4th icon at top left, something about downloads, the only options are foreign countries.
RTH works good . Can somebody help?

thanks for info but it didnt work for me, im a computer idiot. i will call sure rc where i bought i and jim will talk me thru it as hes done before. hope they dont close a week for the 4th.
