my recordings are all being shown in mono. It started about two weeks ago and I cannot see what I am doing wrong. Have used DJI Go and Litchi but it happens with both.

I did write a reply the day you sent me this,msinger, but do not see it here. Anyway, I had not used b&w, I was in d-lock. Since then I have tried most settings in Litchi and DJI Go without success but two days ago I noticed the USB plug into the controller was a fraction loose so pushed it in along with other settings I was trying...and the color came back. Could it have been a dodgy connection in the plug or socket. It all looks OK and I have used another lead today without difficulty. Thanks for your help.
