Hello,
It's m'y 1st post, i'm a New p3p owner [emoji16]
I just bought a p3p with an issue (i known that)
Actually:
-When i link the Ac to the RC, i have on both of them a green/red blinking led.
-When i connect my Phone, Nothing happen
-When i put a sd (on rc) Nothing happen.
-rc and Ac are linked because i can move the cam and take pictures.
-motors stay off

I'm on android, i tested several cables, original included. Tested several phones too (Xperia xz1, xa, z3, huwaei nova, lenovo tab 3 710)
Same for all.

I've tested my drone with a gl300c friend's RC and the P3P fly fine [emoji106] (no video on dji go but is an other problem which i'll try to solve later, When my rc will work)
I could checked the Ac fw version: 1.11.0020 (the Last in date)

So, my problem is a rc issue.

I don't know Its fw version...

No Connection with Phone... So i tried usb firmware update.
Tried 1.11.020 / 1.08 / 1.3.20 fw versions.
Nothing happen When i boot the rc.. (tried several usb flash drives & micro sd)

I tried to reset the rc to have the blue fixed led and re-pair to the Ac, unplug the battery from the rc's mainboard too.
Same....

Any idea what i can do more ?

What mean red/Green blinking on both parts ?

Thank you.

It sounds like you have a defective RC (and possibly an issue with your top gimbal board which is common with the P3P) If the gl300c RC linked and worked fine (and started the motors) but gl300a RC wont then that indicates an RC issue, no connection to your device as well isn't good. The gl300c RC did obvs connect to your device and was flyable but no video feed which is a separate problem. Search "no live video P3P" for info on that. Good luck!

You mentioned an “sd”. Do you mean an sd card?

Yes!

-When i put a sd (on rc) Nothing happen. = Put a micro sd in an adapter to the RC usb port.

and possibly an issue with your top gimbal board which is common with the P3P
Why you think about that?

So,
If dji go doesn't detect my rc and if my rc doesn't detect any usb flash drive; It's dead for it ?

I tried to flash the usb board with usb-ttl card but i meet some issue in the procedure...
NB:I've already flash the gimbal main board and it works perfectly
But the difference between the two procedures is for the remote, as i understood, i have to decrypt the firmware before flash the board with it.
And this is for this point that i have a problem.
Maybe someone could help me for this flash?
Or maybe send me the decrypted .img files for GL300a?

Thank you

Did you update the FW on the RC?

When doing my latest FW update, I originally tried to update via the USB port on the RC. No bueno...I learned via Google and YouTube that the RC FW needs to be updated using the DJIGo app.

If you haven’t yet done this, give it a try.

Hope this helps!!

Thank you WSCorp65; but as i said on my 1st post:
-When i connect my Phone, Nothing happen
-When i put a sd (on rc) Nothing happen.

That's why i think the usb board have an issue and i would try to flash it.

I followed some threads:

I downloaded and try differents firmware:
C1_FW_V01.03.0020
C1_FW_v01.05.0071
C1_FW_v01.06.0001

when I try to decrypt using openssl, I get a "bad magic number"

In the boot sequence, i boot on the legacy kernel, not the main.

Interesting coincidence.. I'm just collaborating with @oemgpsnav to create a guide of fixing the flash on GL300a Interface Board.

Not sure when it will be published, but probably within 2 weeks.
I am planning to attach already extracted images to the guide.
