@Motasem , Probably a language differential thing, but we are not get enough information from you, have your registered your phantom with DJI? You do it with the app, earlier you stated you have to connect the AC to the internet, that is not possible.

Bad compass does not block flying capability. If you can't fly at all try to watch carefully dji learn to fly

Probably his first drone so he needs help. Dji has some nice video lesson for beginners I did not provide the link because by the time he will Google and find it he will learn a lot from other link. If he does!!!

The last thing I did was the firmware update last night, but still I am suffering from the inability of compass calibration.
Does the uncalibrated compass stop the AC from flying?.
Cab the AC fly without registration ?.
If it prevents flying, how can I do the registration?.

I am using IPhon 5 and do not have the cable which is suitable to connect the RC with the phone.
Can I do the activation using the WIFI connection??

Calibrate the compass and it will be ready to fly. Make sure you do that outside and away from metal objects and your all set to fly :)
