Alarm sound from motor which fails.

I recently crashed the phantom into some water, not the first time but this time one of the motors is failing. When I power up the following two things happen, see video links below. Very occasionally it starts up ok, motors all fine. Also the red LEDs are on permanently on the affected motor.

Any advice or help gratefully received
