What is the length of the Phantom 3 Standard Antenna?

I'm currently having to fill out some details for my commercial license and one of the questions is how long is the length of the Phantom 3 Antenna. Before you say it, yes I would just measure it but I'm currently at the office. Any help would be much appreciated!

Actual antenna 2.4 and 5.8 or the plastic outer case ?

Yes. I measured this section of the antenna:

Reason I ask whether its actual antenna or the plastic surround is that the actual receiving / transmitting part of the antenna is very short in normal 1/4 wave ...

Ghz are 1000 Mhz ..... so generic 2.4Ghz = 2400 Mhz and antenna (unshielded actual working part) at 1/4 wavelength = 1.17" .... generic 5.8Ghz is 0.48"
