record telemetry

What would I need to record basic telemetry to view after flight on my computer as a spreadsheet?

i'm sure you can convert the info from a Flytrex (http://www.flytrex.com/) into Excel once you've uploaded it too your account. I've just bought a Core v2 but not had chance to try it yet due to the weather
