Cache Full

I'll start out by saying that I don't have the greatest computer skills. I'm using an older tablet (droid) as my screen. When starting up my drone (Mavic 2 zoom) my screen says that the cache is full and will not record. I'm not sure where this is and I don't want to lose my videos and pics.

Unsure what app your using, just means no storage space left, can change from 2GB to 4, 6 8GB depending on available storage on device

When you say device, do you mean my tablet or the copter? I can't change out the memory on my tablet. I was going to try to hook up my tablet to my computer and download the videos/pics just incase I delete on accident.
