Rc output to laptop via hdmi

I have p3p and rc with hdmi module.
How do I use the laptop as a second monitor? Thank you.

It should plug right in using HDMI as long as your laptop accepts HDMI input. We were just talking about this app yesterday, maybe check it out - DslrDashboard
