Pulsing motor

I just got the phantom 2 vision plus, I charged the battery's went outside and did calibration all that was good...I started the motors and with the front of the copter facing me the right rear motor will only pulse....help

yea well i contacted the place i bought it from and there going to send me another one .....thanks for the help
