Are you recording at 24, 30, 48, or 60fps? Most monitors are set for 30fps. I just did some testing at 60 and 30fps. Sixty fps is definitely jumpy, 30 is perfect, and not having tested 48fps, I would guess it is jumpy too. Also, if you record at 24fps, that can be less than desirable too. I took a class on the Litchi app where the instructor had mentioned this and he had the same results. I found that to be true. If you are not recording at 30fps, change to that and try it again. Use the same area to test as it makes it easier to determine a difference. Good luck.
