Pix4D or Altizure is compatible with P3 4K?

I have P3 4K, and I used Altizure but i failed to connect my phone Galaxy S5 with drone. Is problem with compatibility, or what app It is advisable that allows me to make a zig -zag path. I need create Orthomosaic
