P3 Firmware phantom 3 standard does not sync

Hello and excuse my English, but I am from Spain.
I have a problem with my phantom 3 standard. I am not able to synchronize the controller with the drone. I have tried every possible way and I can't.
Then when I saw the txt file I have seen that the updates failed or are updating, but it does not finish doing it.
I attached the information of the txt.

Try to format your SD card first. The FW should be the only file on the card. When I have probs with cards (not recognized in a device or making funny things) I use SD Card Formatter.

OK, thanks a lot. I have tried but it doesn't work. I read in a forum that adding a file without an extension called P3C_FW_DEBUG worked, it doesn't work for me, but at least there is no failed update
