P3 Firmware Post Crash Firmware Update Issue

I'm trying to update the firmware on my Phantom 3 Pro and it's acting weird.

When powered on with the sd card it beeps DD, DD, DD with a solid green light on the gimbal for about 30 seconds.

Then it turns into a fast D, D, D, D beeping with red and green flashing light on gimbal for about 2 minutes.

Then it turns to a continuous flat line sounding beep with static sound. It sounds like the tiny speaker is dying. The gimbal light is solid red.

Without the SD card it just beeps DD, DD, DD forever and the gimbal light flashes red.

I replaced the shell, motherboard, a few cables and most gimbal parts after a crash, and I'm trying to get it operational now but these are the problems I'm having. Logs below. Any ideas?

With so many modules not detected, it seems like there is no communication after the gimbal top (main) board. I’d assume a cable downstream from there is bad and/or not OEM. Perhaps the cable to the OFDM or a loose connection there? I’m really just doing my best to remember from so many years ago.

Yes, this was my drone that crashed. It was flying straight up, and then all the motors stopped and it came crashing down. I checked the logs and it looked like the GPS thought it was hundreds of miles away all of the sudden. Anyways, I've had some progress. I was able to get the drone paired with the controller and I can see that it's running version 1.8.8 firmware. I tried several older firmware versions and the logs show that it cannot downgrade for each one. Each time I try anything newer than 1.8.8 it starts to upgrade but then fails with all of the different components not detected.

The controller shows "No Image Transmission Signal" and I don't see any video from the camera. It also shows that the aircraft and batter require an update. And it shows Gimbal Disconnected. I'm able to get the motors to spin up, but didn't test flight since the shell is still not fully snapped back together. I took the Gimbal apart, checked the cables and reconnected everything, no problems that I can see. Any thoughts on how to fix the Gimbal Disconnected error and the video issue?

I removed the Video Downlink Module and I believe I found the problem. It looks like the camera connection on the board is loose. Anyone know where I can buy a replacement board or do I need to try and solder this back on?

I hope you used oem ribbon cables throughout the rebuild. Just a thought since aftermarket rarely work properly if at all. The gimble ribbon rarely survives a crash even if it looks OK. DJI cables well worth the price (DJI brand printed on outside of packaging) Good luck

I bought the cables from Ali Express. They are not DJI brand. Where would I even find that? I've scoured the internets and can't find much.
