P4pro wont fly

I set up my phantom 4 and I cant get it to fly i updated firmware calibrated everything and it does nothing. I just dont understand what problem is please somebody help

I forgot to mention this is straight out of the Box I just God it 2 days ago and still cant get it to fly

So the battery on the drone and controller are fully charged?
Do they both power up when you press the battery button once and then a second longer press (same for the controller) and the lights come up green?
Need more info as to what you are seeing.
Did it power up before you did the update?

Have you read the manual - especially the bit about arming the motors?

Have you also linked the drone to the remote ?
