P4 PRO + Wifi not found

Hey guys, I am currently trying to find out whay my remote controler (display) is not able to find my wifi connection. I have red all manual but there is nothing about this problem (or I am stupid and blind ). I have tried to hold on power button for 6 sec, 9 sec and longer just like it works in previous models to switch off the conncetion between the drone and controller but it does not work. If here is anyone who knows what to do I would be really happy for each support. Thanks a lot guys

The Phantom 4 does not use Wi-Fi.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Well, I am selling my drone which is the reason why I log out of my account. But I have forgotten to check out if there is the newest firmware etc. and simply check if everything is set up well for selling. But now I am not able to log in because it says that there is no wifi connection found but my internet and wifi conncetion is working well. So my remote controller is not able to find wifi in surroundings and the only thing I can see is log in table - I am even not able to go to some interface, settings etc.

Do you really have a Phantom 4 remote controller? Or is it a Phantom 4 Pro+ or Phantom 4 Advanced+ remote controller (with the built-in screen)?

It is Phantom 4 PRO +

Swipe down from the very top of the screen and you'll be able to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

If it is working well right now, perhaps consider not making any FW changes right before selling it.
