DUMLDore>flash V01.02.0602_P4_dji_system.bin>Watch progress with assistant>Reset to Defaults>quit Assistant>reboot aircraft>
DUMLDore>flash V01.02.0602_P4_dji_system.bin again>Watch progress with assistant>reboot aircraft>
Set your DJI Go app preferences>Fly.

Reduce Go4 App Video Lag:
Enable Custom Video Channel, Reduce bandwidth to minimum (4Mbps), Disable "Over Exposure" visual black and white stripes. Disable "Geo System".

Alternate App to Fly (Android):
DJI Go 4 video transmission issue < alternative solution (UgCS App Android)

Off-subject: Linux commandline Check-for-new-release:

Thanks for your post !! do you know by any chance any way to roll back RC Controller firmware from 01.04.01.00 ? i can not from the GO 4 App neither the Assistant neither the DUMLDore ....
