Need Help Please: Perimeters Need Adjusting...How>?

Hi there,

I'm in a panic! I have a new Phantom 4 Pro - PLUS I'm fairly new to Adobe Premiere Pro. Have only used it to make a few home movies. Could someone please look over these stats and tell me what the heck I'm doing wrong?? So frustrated!!!

ISO - 800
Shutter - 25
Focal - 2.8
EV - 0.0

Video Size - 4096 x 2160 (24 FPS)
Format - .mov
White Balance - cloudy
Style - -2 -2 -2
Color - normal
Video Coding - h264

Plus, to top it all off, I'm not so great with photography!

I'm trying to get this fixed up for YouTube.

I'm on a Windows pc... image blurry, like it's trying to buffer...something is definitely wrong!

Please, tell me what I need to do to get this adjusted to work.

I meant to also say that I'm not sure what format I need to use in Premiere Pro ONCE the p4pro is adjusted! I'd appreciate any and all advise please...

I'm getting ready to go out and try filming again. Really hoping to get some feedback asap. In such a panic. I had promised this video yesterday, but the thing turned out so awful, I just couldn't give it to them.
