Looking for some help with my phantom 4 after a mild crash (hit a tv inside a house). The drone was "non responsive" after the crash and required firmware updates to the drone and RC to get it back working. Now that everything is back up and running, the gimbal is "limp" ; by this I mean you can poke it and it bounces around and flops side to side. The motors are not getting any power. The camera is still working fine and in the dji go app I can see the camera tilt dot move on its scale when I move the camera by hand.

I have attached screen shots of the about for the firmware on the drone and RC. Also, I have two screen shots where you can see the camera tilt dot has moved when I moved the camera by hand.

I am thinking maybe the ribbon cable is damaged but can't see any physical damage so that makes me believe maybe it's the software?

After the updates, I calibrated the IMU , gps , gimbal ( said complete but gimbal never moved) , and vps.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!
