Late dusk, collision avoidance disabled, normal yea?

Simple question. Flying in late dusk, 30 minutes until completely dark. Craft gave warning about collision avoidance disabled. I'm 99.9% sure this is normal under these conditions but want to double check ya know!

The collision avoidance does not work in low light conditions. So, that makes sense.
