How to get the log file off Phantom 4 Professional Plus?

Assuming you already have a HD account, go into dji go4 app, open up your flight log, hit the sync button in the top right hand corner and select the time frame you wish. You have to do this first before going into HD to look at the latest flights. Go into HD, hit sync and away you go.

That's how it works, I sync both Litchi and dji go4 prior to doing the same in the HD app. I log onto my HD account and view my flights, I'm actually looking at today's flights right now. Probably not a technical answer, but all my flight data converges on the HD domain and I can view it.

The OP owns the P4P+ remote controller. It's not possible to install HD Sync, Litchi, etc.

You need to use iTunes to retrieve the TXT flight logs from your iPhone. Follow these instructions.
