Do i have to hook my drone up to my PC in order to change the setting in my drone from the "C" drive. I have tried to download DJI Go 4 on my PC and i can't. I'm trying to find the DJI product folder in my program files?

The video on it but he go's into his C drive on his computer into program file then into DJI product folder. Just wondering how you get that product folder on your PC.
Then what is this DJI assistance 2 thing. That what I'm trying to get to. I can't find out how to get to it. Do you have to have your drone hooked up to your PC
