Help.. Long exposure...how do I get shots like these at the beach?

Yes they are but only bring out the highlights and tones in the photo. But then that's photography at its finest which is something Phantom's cannot do. Allot of the photos shot from Phantom's that I have seen posted here were over saturated in post.
