Gimble Question?

I have a phantom 2 ( Newer One) when the copter is turned on the go pro tilts foreword at a 45degree angle and shakes,does not fix itself pointing straight out!!!! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in Advance, TOM......I'm sorry the gimble is a H3-3D..........

Mine does that, but as soon as I turn on the controller and adjust the lever for the gimble, it straightens out.
Not for you?

No it just points at 45 degree angle and shakes.....
