P3 Firmware Firmware Failed Here is the FW_Log can anyone Help?

I have a brand new Phantom 3 Pro and I'm trying to upgrade firmware to P3X_FW_V01.03.0020.bin

These are the steps I'm taking and what is happening

I have a Samsung pro 64 xc1 High-speed SDcard
I format it in FatEX
then I copy the P3X_FW_V01.03.0020.bin to the card

I put the card in to the Phantom and turn it on.

It start up Normal
Then starts to read the card and starts the Firmware upgarade
The led on the Gimbal flashes green and red for only about 5 secs and then goes to Solid Red and starts screaming indicating firmware failure.

Please if anyone can read this Log and tell me what is happening and what to do next I would really appreciate it.

I know it's a really old firmware but it was told to me that i need to upgrade the Firmware with oldest to newest on the Phantom 3 pro
that i just cant jump to a new firmware when using a brand new aircraft.

FYI that modules 8 and 15 showing as "device not detected" with the other modules showing as okay is a very common indication that there is an issue with your gimbal top (main) board. The most common symptom reported is that everything works okay, but there is no image transmission.

We see this reported so often that checking modules 8/15 is one of the first things we tell people. Historically, this has occurred often when the P3P is left on too long doing FW updates or running the simulator and components on the board overheat. This is why we tell people to be sure they have a small fan of some type blowing on the P3P if they leave it on for extended times without props / flying to cool it naturally. There have also been reports of having an 8/15 issue when the P3P has not been used for a number of months such as a long lay off during winter for example.

There is also this troubleshooting flow chart developed by @quaddamage in part due to how common the issue has been over the years. The bottom right of the flow chart mentions modules 8/15, so perhaps you could start there as one part of your overall troubleshooting process.

A quick side note is that FW 1.19, which you seemed to have had on your AC, was my personal favorite FW for P3s. It's from May 2015, so I am curious how you have it on a new P3P. Is it just new to you or is it in fact new old stock?
