My camera will not charge anymore ( the red flashing light no longer comes on when plugged in). Anybody else experience this issue. It is only 3 weeks old.

No but if it worked and now doesn't, try another USB charger. If it still doesn't charge, exchange it ASAP. If you can't, dji will issue an rma to replace it.
mine did the same thing, send back 4 weeks ago to the supplier and still waiting for a replacement, even after emailing.
