Esc error and tried everything

Here are the downloaded files that I hope are correct ones. If anyone could please help it would be so appreciated.

I tried to view them my self and can’t figure it out for anything. I flew the drone with no problem on July 31 and 5 days later I get the esc error for no reason that I’m aware of. Thankyou for anyone’s help or advice
