This contract specifically excludes pre-existing conditions. In order to qualify for coverage, all covered items must be in proper working order on the effective date of the contract

What's to stop someone from uploading photos of the gimbal and serial number while the drone is in one piece, and wait until they crash to buy insurance? How does one prove a bad motor is not a pre-existing condition? Do you check flight Logs?

Very good question.
We trust that most people are good and honest people. However, there are bad eggs among us, even though they are few and far between.
When someone has a claim after having recently purchased coverage, we thoroughly check any and all resources possible to verify the validity off that claim. This doesn't happen often. There have only been a handful of cases in which the coverage was relatively new when a repair claim was made. We have not found any to appear fraudulent as of yet. We hope that this trend continues.
Thank you for the question.

The discount is on the website only. We take PayPal and Amazon Payments.

Thanks! (and purchased). Sure hope I (we) don't have to use it!!

Check out crash warranty that builtdrones offers.. covers everything except theft or lost so once you are able to send back pieces of the drone or the crashed drone itself to the warranty people it will be covered. Check them out. www.builtdrones.com
Thank you for your comments. However, what makes our Service Contract better than theirs is that we have NO DEDUCTIBLE and free shipping with our Gold coverage. Which, is roughly the same price as their plan with $150 deductible. Crashes resulting in total destruction are very rare. We have only had one instance in which the drone was not repairable. We split the cost of a new one with him and transferred his Service Contract to his new one. He was very happy! That means that saving $150 for every claim, you are very likely to come out far ahead with our coverage compared to theirs.

Does Neary cover aftermarket accessories?
It depends. We are working on covering the FPVLR stuff. Other than that, it just depends on the cost and the parts availability. What after market accessories are you referring to? We can always write things into the contract if there is a demand for it.

Still a bit interested, however is this repair guy a DJI authorized tech?

Aloha...have you come up with a policy and price for the P4?
