Connection issues

Sorry Loz, didn't finish work til late yesterday.
Firmware is the lasted from DJI site...instructions said to use the USB port at the back of RC to upgrade, which is where I put the memory stick with the upgrade on it...but RC is only showing a red light & not the blue light, they say will show when upgrading is in process.

Was the memory stick formatted to fat32?

Ensure your thumb drive is formatted to fat32 and the bin file is in root directory. Are you using windows on your PC?

Not sure on a mac but on a PC when you format you can choose the format..
