Cheap comfortable backpack for P3

I have a P3 advanced and have been flying it around my neighborhood. Well, the neighborhood hasn't changed and is getting less fun to fly my phantom in every flight. I'm only 14 and can't drive yet, but can ride my bike around town with friends. I am looking for a cheap (under $125?) back pack solution. It needs to be comfortable so I can use it on my bike. I would prefer rain or waterproof. Please let me know if there is even one out there in that price range, and feel free to suggest some that are good. I would prefer a non-hardshell pack, but a hardshell will do. It is okay to suggest one that's a little over budget. Thanks.
