DJI 4 problems

Hi I think the problem is the model no on the controller is GL300C the model no on the drone is WM330A

Hi I think the problem is the model no on the controller is GL300C the model no on the drone is WM330A

I have just linked my old broken drone to my controller and it flew exactly as it should 300 yds away hit RTH and it came back landed on the spot.
Done exactly the same on the new linked sent up to 300 away about 50ft up hit RTH and it went up to 120mtra and sat there.
Any ideas would be really appreciated thanks.

You have the right remote, 300C isp for P4. You can do a factory reset on the problem drone using DJI Assistant 2 for Phantom. And /or clear old flight logs and cache files from that unit. How-to is available on-line Google and youtube
