Block GPS signal? No-Fly zone fix?

I totally get the height restriction also however as a photographer of automobile events, weddings and other special events it's quite frustrating. I would completely understand a 50' altitude limit or some other predetermined safeguard if within 5 miles of an airport. Very frustrating if all you want to do if get video or stills of an event from above but lower than tree top height.

Worse, Logan is Class B airspace, which the FAA takes very seriously. the Logan Class B airspace that extends to the surface goes out to 8 nautical miles (9.2 MILES) from the airport in all directions.

SkyVector: Flight Planning / Aeronautical Charts

So I went to Skyvector, nice but I need some help. Im looking at Tallahassee, FL and the double circles around it, more specifically city of Monticello, FL (30 miles west of Tallahassee) There I see a Compass like circle around that. Are all these circles NO-Fly areas? My P2V has flown very well so far. I did register with the FFA and I don't want to break any FFA rules.
