Bent gimbal arm?

Thank you. I never crashed. Is this a common problem? I have one of those gimbal covers that attaches to the legs - does it put undue stress on the arm? I’ve has this in my trunk (in a case) in very hot weather - could the arm soften and twist? I don’t understand how it happened.

It's not a common problem for those people who have never crashed or drop their Phantoms in such a way that caused the gimbal to strike the ground.

I'm not sure what you're using. I use the stock gimbal cover/lock (which also attaches to the legs) and never had this trouble with any of my Phantom 4s.
