Battery Error....then fall from 320 feet!

Well it definitely shows errors just after you started heading back, lots of them.

That was really kind of the reason for the length of this flight. Was trying to see if I would lose the signal like I did on Saturday. As it shows, I did for 46 seconds. But I was able to re-establish a connection this time, which I was unable to do Saturday. If you notice, I flew almost entirely over a wooded area just in case of a problem. Who would think the problem would happen so close to return.
 
I don't see anything as far as battery errors listed. Where the flight ends is where if fell from the sky.
 
Was the battery updated?

If the battery is not updated, he will get a message on Go App to update the battery. So the question is : Was he using Go App? Or he ignored the message on App?
 
Yes, I was using the most recent DJI Go app and updated the firmware on the battery and Phantom the day I recieved them. Both were on current firmware versions.
