HI
For no apparent reason I started getting Air Encoder Error (0x800020).
After many restarts, the error message continues and I have yet to find a resolution. I have started a ticket with DJI to see their response.
I went to fly the other day and I received the Air Encoder Error message.
Also, I get No Image Transmission Signal along the top of the DJI Go app.
On my Mac laptop, I have updated to Assistant 2 V1.0.4 and then tried updating the Phantom 4 to new firmware V1.02.0503. It fails. It downloads, then fails at the 65% upload. I have retried multiple times.
So now I am stuck. Not sure what to do, other than go back to DJI looking for a resolution.
Anyone else go this problem? I know I read about someone updating from his iPhone 6, however, I am sure if this is a solution with my iPhone 5s.
