I have a 3 pro gimbal is working fine but the other day camera went black I check the ribbon all the connection are good. I bought a new ribbon but haven't installed it yet has anyone had this problem if you have please help!

Many many people have commented on it here over the years. Search here for "no image transmission" as part of your research.

Have you already checked your LOG_AB file to see if modules 8 and 15 show as "device not detected?" If so, you've probably already discovered that you likely have a bad component on your gimbal main (top) board.

You can also go through the "no image transmission" troubleshooting flow chart.

Ok I tried doing the firmware up date no luck it keeps failing tried 2 different sd cards any ideas to fix this problem

I had the same problem with mine and Oso pointed me to the flow chart above. Take some time and study it carefully. Mine turned out to be a failed board. Hopefully you will have better luck.
