Video settings suggestions

Perhaps provide the raw MP4 right off the SD card, no editing.
If you edit from your PC, then there's no chance in mixing up the cache version of the video vs the high-res version on the card.

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong when it comes to video. No matter if I try MP4 or MOV neither wants to work on my laptop. Says format not supportable with windows. I have Windows 10 but every video i try to view straight off the sd card has same problem. Format not supported! Very frustrating to say the least. If I convert the MP4 or MOV from the SD card to AVI or MKV they work fine. Why can't I just watch the video off the SD card without converting? HELP!!!

SurfingTech, what program do you use to watch your videos? Try to install VLC Player and use that if you haven't tried it yet. It is the best player that i know off.
